Design & Detailed Estimate
We work with our in-house designer (or your architect) to lock down plans, finishes, and materials. Then we write you a detailed, line-item estimate so you know exactly what you're paying for.

Permitting & Pre-Construction
We handle Wayne County (or your county's) permits, septic and well coordination, utility hookups, and lot prep. We order long-lead materials so nothing slows the build down once we break ground.

Build
Our full-time crew handles framing, roofing, mechanicals, drywall, trim, and finishes. You get a dedicated project manager, weekly site walks, and a private photo log so you can follow along even if you live out of state.

Final Walk-Through
Before we hand over the keys, we walk every room together. Anything that doesn't meet our standard or yours gets fixed — period. You also get a binder of every warranty, finish, and maintenance schedule.
